This champagne is produced from a blend of the three champagne grapes - 40% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier and 30% Chardonnay It includes around 15% red wine from the top Pinot Noir villages. This is a fruity champagne - strawberries and redcurrants - with biscuity and floral notes with a silky texture and long-lasting bubbles.
